Included units by plan

How we count usage
- Screen unit: one name screened once. Re-screens count as screens on SMB plans.
- ACM (directory): bulk re-screens are metered as ACM on High-Volume contracts.
- Policy-only queries (no names) are free of screen units.
Overage
Fair, per-unit overage after included quota is used. Overages settle monthly.
Rate limits
- Per-tenant RPS limits depend on plan (burst-friendly).
- On 429 or 503, retry with exponential backoff; use
Idempotency-Key.
Usage endpoint
For programmatic metering, call GET /api/v1/usage/summary (requires server-only secret).
