Illustrative cost comparison: monthly subscription ÷ hourly cost, rounded up to the next tenth of an hour. This is a break-even threshold, not a prediction of time saved. It excludes tax, setup effort and any benefit from earlier revenue.
How counting, automatic charges and cancellation work
What counts: each unarchived relationship with status Selected, Onboarding, Active, On hold or Offboarding counts. Prospects, terminated relationships and archived records do not count. Duplicate billable records count separately, so keep multiple services within the same relationship. Archiving preserves history. Moving a prospect into Selected or another billable status adds it to the count.
What you pay: €299/month is the minimum, even below five billable customers. Higher bands have lower incremental rates; crossing a band never reprices earlier customers. Changes to the billable count create prorated adjustments for the remaining billing period, collected or credited on your next invoice. The approved limit caps the recurring subscription rate; tax and prior adjustments are additional.
Cancel anytime: an owner or administrator can cancel renewal online at any time. Paid access continues to the end of the current period. Afterwards, existing records remain readable and new work pauses. Outstanding adjustments remain payable. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current month; negative prorations are credits, not automatic cash refunds.
Team and usage: the subscription price is based on billable customers, with no separate per-seat or AI usage charge authorized here. Workspace permissions and product processing, file and storage limits still apply; this is not an unlimited-usage offer. Discuss your team size, document volumes or integration requirements with us before subscribing.
