CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO
Assurance Control Center and customer relationships
The workspace opens on every regulated customer and prospect you are working on, each with its own record: customer type, country, owner, status from prospect through to termination, and the commercial and contractual dates that decide when work becomes urgent.
- Track commercial selection, onboarding target, target go-live, contract start and end or open-ended, notice period, renewal date and next reassessment on the customer record itself.
- Move a relationship through prospect, selected, onboarding, active, on hold, offboarding and terminated, so everyone sees the same stage.
- Record annual contract value in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF, so the cost of a stalled assessment is visible next to the work.
- See customers, supplied services, reusable evidence links and dates to manage as four counts at the top of the workspace.
- Get told when contract period, notice period and renewal date are all unset, because deadline tracking for that customer cannot work until at least one of them is filled in.
Why it matters
Sales knows which customer is closest to signing. Compliance knows which one is closest to a deadline. Both are looking at the same record instead of a spreadsheet, an inbox and a memory.
