What you can refer

Customer Assurance

For companies that answer their customers' due-diligence, supplier and compliance assessments. A good fit for compliance consultants, fractional security and risk leads, and advisers who prepare those responses.

At least €897 per referred client in year one, more when the client manages more customer relationships.

Attribution: the client gives us your code when subscribing, or within 14 days after. You can also register the client in advance; a registration holds for 90 days.

MatchAudit for Shopify

Sanctions screening for Shopify merchants, with fulfillment holds and evidence of every decision. A good fit for Shopify agencies and consultants whose clients sell B2B or ship internationally.

25% of what Shopify pays us for the store's first 12 paid months. Plans and prices are on the Shopify App Store listing.

Attribution: the merchant installs from the Shopify App Store and enters your code during setup, or in Settings within 14 days of installing. Your referral link shows the code before it opens the listing.

The rules in short

Commission is 25% of the net fees MatchAudit actually receives for a referred account during its first 12 paid months: excluding VAT, refunds and credits, and for Shopify after Shopify's revenue share.
An account qualifies once it has paid for 2 months. Its commission from the first month onwards is then included in the next quarterly payout.
Payouts are quarterly, in euros. Our statement serves as a self-billed credit note, so you do not need to invoice. Balances under €25 roll over to the next quarter, and an account's final balance is always paid when its 12 months end.
One partner per account. Existing customers, earlier installs and your own company do not qualify.
Your client pays the normal price. The commission comes out of MatchAudit's share, never as a surcharge.
Tell your clients that you earn a commission, and get their consent if you advise them on choosing a provider. You may not promise discounts, features or results on our behalf.

Questions

Do I have to be a Shopify Partner?: No. The program is run by MatchAudit and is separate from Shopify's own Partner Program. If you already earn from Shopify for a store, you can earn from us as well.
What do you tell me about my clients?: For each referred account: the business or shop name, the product, when it subscribed, the net fees we received and your commission. Nothing about their screening results, customers, documents or answers.
Is there exclusivity or a sales target?: No. You refer when it suits your client, and either side can leave the program with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned on qualified accounts is still paid.
Can I install or set up the product for my client?: Yes. Many agencies install apps on a client's store themselves. The account belongs to the client and must be on the client's own billing.
